Phil Spencer, host from Location Location Location, has a brand new series. He takes houses that just won’t sell. The owners are at their its’ end: they need to move but no one is interested in buying and they can’t figure out why. But help is at hand, Phil Spencer is about to step into the breach and act as their secret agent. First he will don his surveyor’s hat to assess the property, are there worrying structural issues that are scaring buyers off or does it just look shabby? Then he’ll look at the property through the eyes of a buyer. What are its first impressions? After this initial inspection, he will come up with his list of what he thinks the owners need to do if they want to get a sale. Before he meets the sellers, he’ll take a tour of the area, speak to agents and view three comparable properties. And once Phil has gathered all the information he needs, he is ready to meet the sellers and give them the brutal truth –exactly what he thinks of the property, its presentation and the price.
